Abbas has a PhD in agricultural engineering from Tehran University, Iran. He has extensive experience teaching and supervising MSc and PhD level students at Shiraz University, Iran. Abbas is interested in machine vision and image processing for agricultural applications. His research at Lincoln Agritech focuses on precision horticulture.
